7 Family Friendly Movies to watch - Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max, Fandango, Amazon Prime, And More!

Hey everybody! Today, I'm gonna be sharing with you some movies you might wanna watch at home! (I might not list all the places to watch these movies.) These are family-friendly, and even fun to watch if you're an adult. Let's get started!

1. Luca - Disney +
Here's the synopsis:

"Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, the original animated feature is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: he is a sea monster from another world just below the water's surface."

I watched this movie a couple days ago, and loved it! It's fun and filled with ups and downs, and the movie is PG. Definitely recommend!

2. Soul - Amazon Prime, Disney +
Here's the synopsis:

"Joe is a middle-school band teacher whose life hasn't quite gone the way he expected. His true passion is jazz -- and he's good. But when he travels to another realm to help someone find their passion, he soon discovers what it means to have soul."

This is one of my favorite movies by far. Lots of people love it, and it's PG. Plus, for some people, it showed them the true meaning of life. (I think heh)

3. Raya and the Last Dragon - Disney +, Amazon Prime, Vudu
Here's the synopsis:

"Long ago, in the fantasy world of Kumandra, humans and dragons lived together in harmony. However, when sinister monsters known as the Druun threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, those same monsters have returned, and it's up to a lone warrior to track down the last dragon and stop the Druun for good."
Also one of my favorite movies. Waited a long time, but now it's out for free in Disney +. It's funny and shows a lot of girl power...

4. Space Jam: A New Legacy - HBO Max (Streaming on July 16)
Here's the synopsis:

"Superstar LeBron James and his young son, Dom, get trapped in digital space by a rogue AI. To get home safely, LeBron teams up with Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and the rest of the Looney Tunes gang for a high-stakes basketball game against the AI's digitized champions of the court -- a powered-up roster called the Goon Squad."

I'm excited for this movie since it involves both IRL and animation.

5. Tom and Jerry 2021 film - Fandango, Vudu, Amazon Prime.
Here's the synopsis:

"A legendary rivalry reemerges when Jerry moves into New York City's finest hotel on the eve of the wedding of the century, forcing the desperate event planner to hire Tom to get rid of him. As mayhem ensues, the escalating cat-and-mouse battle soon threatens to destroy her career, the wedding, and possibly the hotel itself."

They're at it again! A classic and I'm sure you will love it. I had a hilariously fun time watching this movie!

6. Wish Dragon - Netflix
Here's the synopsis:

"In Sony Pictures Animation's Wish Dragon, Din, a working-class college student with big dreams but small means, and Long, a cynical but all-powerful dragon capable of granting wishes, set off on a hilarious adventure through modern day Shanghai in pursuit of Din's long-lost childhood friend, Lina."

My family liked this movie, so did I. Check this out!

7. Mulan (1998 film) - Disney +
Here's the synopsis:

"Fearful that her ailing father will be drafted into the Chinese military, Mulan (Ming-Na Wen) takes his spot -- though, as a girl living under a patriarchal regime, she is technically unqualified to serve. She cleverly impersonates a man and goes off to train with fellow recruits. Accompanied by her dragon, Mushu (Eddie Murphy), she uses her smarts to help ward off a Hun invasion, falling in love with a dashing captain along the way."

A classic and love this one. The only reason I chose the 1998 film is that this one is PG.

Well, I hope you enjoyed today's post everybody! Thanks so much for being here. Have a good day!
